Choco Mocha Breakfast Shake

In your blender, put

1 cup cold coffee

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 T. unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 t. glucomannan

1/2 t. powdered stevia

1 scoop collagen (optional but a great add)

splash of vanilla

large pinch of mineral sea salt

Start the blender, open the hole at the top and add one large cupful of ice. Add 2 T. protein powder (make sure it's less than 2 carbs per scoop). Blend until smooth and enjoy!
